No Smoking, Vaping or Shisha

STRICTLY NO SMOKING, VAPING, OR SHISHA INDOORS (INCLUDING BATHROOMS).
Smoking and vaping are only permitted outdoors (terrace or pool area).
A minimum fine of IDR 2,000,000 per incident will apply.
LIMITED Visitors & Extra Guests

​​Max 2 visitors per villa. Visitors must show valid ID upon arrival and leave by 11:00 PM. After 11:00 PM, they are counted as overnight guests and extra guest fee per person, per night applies.

Extra Guest Fee: IDR 600,000 or IDR1.000.000 for Lunamar villa
Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM – 6:00 AM ; NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS.

Please note that our villa is not suitable for parties or gatherings. This policy is stated prior to booking.

Violations may result in eviction without refund and forfeiture of the security deposit.
NO DRUGS / FIREWORKS / Other Hazardous Goods

Bringing or using illegal drugs or prohibited substances is strictly forbidden and will be reported to local authorities.

Fireworks, firearms, and hazardous goods are not allowed at Moon Villas.

Any violation may result in immediate eviction without refund and may be reported to local police.
NO PETS

Pets are strictly not permitted on the property. Bringing pets (yours or your guests’) into the villa will result in a fine of USD 1,000.
Swimming Pool Hours

​Shared pool: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM.

Private pool: please observe quiet hours.
Housekeeping / Laundry Service
Cleaning Schedule
​Cleaning is available from 10 am - 5 pm
Cleaning is scheduled every 3 days.
Example: If your check-in date is 1 January, the next cleaning will be on 4 January.

All amenities provided are intended to last until the next scheduled cleaning.

Kindly ensure personal belongings are stored properly to allow our team to clean effectively. For safety and privacy reasons, our staff does not handle personal items.

Areas obstructed by personal items may not be cleaned.

One-Visit Policy / No Split Cleaning

Housekeeping team is scheduled across multiple villas daily. To ensure timely service for all guests, we are unable to provide split or multiple visits within the same day.

The villa must be fully accessible during the scheduled time.
-
Partial cleaning (e.g., cleaning living room now and bedrooms later) is not available.
-
If any area is not accessible during the visit (for example, guests are sleeping or resting), those areas will be cleaned on the next scheduled cleaning day.

If the villa is not fully accessible during the scheduled cleaning and check-out is the following day, the housekeeping service for that cycle will be considered forfeited. However, essential service such as trash removal and towel refresh may be provided, subject to access and operational availability.

Laundry Service Nearby

We do not provide in-house laundry, but a reliable nearby option is: Bonjour Laundry & Good Coffee Umalas – Eco Café & Laverie Umalas.

Please do not dry clothes in front of the villa, including the terrace, windows, or balcony.
Any items found will be removed by our staff.
Drinking Water
Water Supply & Refills

Drinking water is provided via the water dispenser in the kitchen, or mineral water bottles only in some villas and in the glass water bottles located in the fridge and bathroom, and will be refilled during cleaning.

Tap water is not for drinking.

No ID - No Entry
Visitor Policy

For the safety, privacy, and comfort of all in-house guests, every visitor is required to present a valid government-issued ID at the security gate before entering the property.

Visitors who are unable or unwilling to provide identification will not be permitted to enter under any circumstances.

All registered guests are fully responsible for the conduct, behavior, and safety of their visitors throughout their time on the premises.

Moon Villas reserves the right to deny access to any unregistered visitor in order to maintain a secure and peaceful environment for all guests.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us uphold a safe and private stay experience.
Getting Around
Scooter/motorbike • Ride-hailing are higly recommended.
We recommend using Grab or Gojek, especially GrabBike or GoRide.
Canggu and Seminyak are usually 8–15 minutes by scooter, but can take up to an hour by car during peak hours due to traffic.
Late Check-Out Policy
​Check-out time: 11:00 AM
If we have incoming guests for the villa you are departing from, late check-out will not be available.
Our team requires sufficient time for deep cleaning and maintenance checks.
Late check-out fee (after 11:00 AM):
IDR 500,000 per hour (1- & 2-Bedroom Villas)
IDR 1,000,000 per hour (3-Bedroom Villa)
Late Check-out is subject to availability:
Please note that our villas are individual units and not interchangeable hotel rooms.
If you plan to depart late, please consider booking an extra night.
Alternatively, you may store your luggage with us and collect it later.
