This luxurious one-bedroom villa, nestled within our tranquil villa compound, offers lavish and opulent living across a spacious 90 square meters. With marble flooring throughout and soaring 15-meter-high ceilings, it boasts a living room with an enclosed kitchen, as well as a bedroom with an enclosed bathroom, adorned with high-end furnishings.

The living room is elegantly staged with high-end furnishings, including a custom-built, top-quality TV cabinet adorned with unique head sculptures. It features a brand-new AC and a 50-inch smart TV, ideal for enjoying Netflix or your favorite podcasts with our YouTube Premium subscription. The cozy seating area is enhanced by a good-quality rug, two designer swivel chairs, and unique glass-top coffee tables, while a palm tree in a giant terrazzo pot adds to the inviting ambiance.

In the bedroom, a high-quality mattress and premium linens ensure a restful night's sleep. It also comes equipped with another brand-new AC and a 50-inch smart TV. Two large table lamps adorn the bedside tables, complemented by a good-quality rug on the floor, creating a cozy atmosphere with ample lighting that makes you want to stay in bed all day.

The bathroom is stocked with high-quality, fresh towels, makeup towels, bathrobes, and essential amenities. Two closets between the sink provide ample storage for your clothes, along with a safety box for your valuables, just like in the pictures.

The kitchen is fully equipped to make your own breakfast, featuring a stove with gas, a microwave, a bread toaster, a water dispenser with premium mineral water, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a refrigerator to store your groceries. Cooking ware and other utensils are stored inside the kitchen cabinets.

For entertainment, we offer high-speed internet, allowing you to enjoy high-quality Netflix streaming with provided accounts, ad-free Youtube with Youtube Premium, as well as access to other applications like AppleTV, Prime Video, and Disney+ if you have accounts.
