MONTHLY RATE - Terms and Conditions Please review the terms and conditions carefully before booking: - Full Payment Required in Advance - Non-Refundable - Rescheduling Not Permitted - Security Deposit Required upon Arrival: A cash only deposit of 5.500.000,00 IDR (Indonesian Rupiah only) is required at check-in and will be refunded at check-out. This deposit cannot be used as credit to cover any additional fees incurred during your stay - Cleaning Service: During your stay, a full cleaning service is provided every three days. This includes fresh bath towels, makeup towels, and bedding replacement. If additional towels or linens are required beyond the standard service, an extra fee may apply. For example, if your check-in day is Sunday, your cleaning schedule would follow on Wednesday, then Saturday, and so forth, every third day. To ensure daily comfort, optional light tidying is available on the days between cleanings. This may include tasks like emptying trash and replacing towels. If you require extra cleaning services or have specific requests outside the regular schedule, please inform us in advance. We’ll be happy to arrange these for you at an additional cost. - Pets not Permitted: A fine of 15.000.000,00 IDR will be charged for bringing pets to the property. The fine must be paid immediately. If the fine is not paid upon the incident, an amount equivalent to the fine will be automatically deducted from the total length of stay, or your access will be blocked from entering the property. - No Parties or Gatherings Allowed: To ensure the safety and comfort of all guests at Moon Villas, parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Each villa has a set guest limit, with a maximum of two additional visitors allowed. All unregistered visitors must present valid ID upon entry and must leave the property by 11:00 PM. Exceeding the guest limit, hosting parties, or holding gatherings, even after a warning, may result in the termination of your stay without a refund and your access to the property will be restricted - Alterations Prohibited: Changes to the interior design, furniture, or decorations are strictly forbidden. Violations may result in fines for repairs, replacements, additional cleaning, and other compensation charges of up to 1.000.000.000,00 IDR ( One Billion Rupiah). If the fine is not paid immediately upon the incident, the equivalent amount will be automatically deducted from the remaining duration of your stay. Failure to settle the outstanding amount may result in legal action - Maintenance: You will permit us to carry out maintenance during the cleaning process until the issue is resolved. Long-term stays require special attention, regardless of our staffs perform thorough cleaning and maintenance checks before your arrival or as part of the regular cleaning schedule. However, unforeseen issues or technical problems may arise during your stay. To prevent any larger problems, we may need to conduct repairs or maintenance while you are here. This process may take anywhere from an hour to a few hours. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated. These terms are specific to the monthly rate.
