You will be staying in one of our vacation homes, so please treat it with care and respect to ensure your safe and enjoyable experience.
Checking in and out
Check-in
After 15:00
Early check-in is subject to availability. It may require us to empty the villa on the previous day. Should you arrive earlier, you may drop off your luggage at the reception until your villa is ready.
Check-out
Before 11:00
Check-out before 11:00 unless we agreed to another time. A fee of Rp 500,000 per hour will be charged for check-outs after the designated time. Check-out after 2 p.m. will incur a full night's charge as we required to close the villa from booking.
You must return the key for the room at the time of your departure and agree to pay a charge for replacement of keys you lose or fail to return same.
During your stay
Number of guest
One-Bedroom Villa : max. 2 guests
Two-Bedroom Villa : max. 4 guests
The number of guests staying must adhere to the maximum limit permitted. Any additional guests will incur a charge of Rp 600,000 per person per night with no extra bed.
No parties or events
Parties or gatherings are strictly prohibited at our villa. All visitors must be registered and provide ID upon arrival, and leave by 11:00 PM. Any guests found in violation of these regulations will be asked to leave the villa immediately and may be subject to further legal action.
No Smoking
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. You are only permitted to smoke on the terrace or balcony. Violators will be subject to fines.
No children
Children or infants are not allowed to stay at Moon Villas Umalas. The minimum age for staying is 15 years old, and they are counted as adults. If you wish to stay with one child aged 15 years, you must book a two-bedroom villa.
No pets
Please be advised that Moon Villas Umalas maintains a no pets policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a peaceful and comfortable environment for all guests.
Quiet hours
11:00 PM - 6:00 AM
At Moon Villas Umalas, we value the comfort and relaxation of all our guests. Kindly observe our quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM to ensure a restful environment for everyone's enjoyment.
Terms and Conditions
Security Deposit
Upon arrival, a security deposit of IDR2,000,000 or an equivalent amount in foreign currency is mandatory. Only cash is accepted for the deposit. Your deposit will be fully refunded in cash upon check-out, subject to room inspection. Check-in cannot proceed without payment of this deposit.
Facilities and Services
While we strive for accuracy in describing our facilities and services, please be aware that they may be subject to changes, upgrades, or temporary closures. It is your responsibility to confirm the availability of specific features or facilities prior to making a reservation. Moon Villas Umalas assumes no liability for any errors, omissions, or changes to our amenities. Additionally, please note that listed accommodation facilities may not be applicable to all room types.
Waivers and Protection
Any personal belongings, valuables, merchandise, or vehicles brought onto the premises, including the room, grounds, or parking area, are solely your responsibility, and we shall not be held liable for their safekeeping.
By utilizing our services, you agree to release and indemnify Moon Villas Umalas, along with its current and former officers, employees, and agents, from any and all expenses, costs, liabilities, claims, actions, proceedings, damages, judgments, or losses of any nature whatsoever, including but not limited to consequential and economic losses, property damage or loss, and injury or death, arising from or related to your reservation or stay.
You further agree to indemnify Moon Villas Umalas and its current and former officers, employees, and agents for any expenses, costs, liabilities, claims, actions, proceedings, damages, judgments, or losses of any nature whatsoever, including but not limited to consequential and economic losses, property damage or loss, and injury or death, incurred as a result of your reservation or stay.
You acknowledge and agree that your occupancy in our hotel does not confer any tenancy or proprietary rights under any laws. Instead, we grant you a license to stay, which may be terminated at our discretion and at any time.
Photography or
Videography
Any commercial or promotional activities, including photography and videography, are strictly prohibited within Moon Villas Umalas without prior written authorization from the hotel management.
